Cylindrical inflation test plugs for pipes 70 to 600mm

Inflatable balloons are designed to ensure effective and reliable sealing and blocking of sewers, pipelines, manholes, and drains during maintenance, repairs, and failures, as well as for leak checks using hydrostatic tests.

Another important application of pipe plugs is to restrict water, gases, construction waste, dust, rats, and rodents from accessing newly constructed pipes. They can also be used to block sections of a pipeline during repair or maintenance work, thus ensuring safety and efficiency.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The plugs are molded with a special NR-SBR type rubber and reinforced with Kevlar. All plugs are tested at three times the working pressure. Their compact size and light weight make them easy to handle. All are equipped with quick couplings.
