Isolate, pressurise and test a network with a single tool
This professional inflatable pipe plug has been specially designed to simplify leak-tightness tests, leak detection and pipe diagnostics.

Its key feature is its design with three independent connections:
• a dedicated inlet for inflating the plug, ensuring that it remains securely in place and provides a tight seal inside the pipe;
• a first through bypass, allowing air or water to be injected into the isolated pipe;
• a second independent bypass, which can notably be connected to a pressure gauge to accurately measure and monitor the pressure of the circuit being tested.

A complete control station directly inside the pipe
Unlike a conventional inflatable pipe plug, which simply seals a pipe, this model makes it possible to create a complete test point directly inside the pipe. Once positioned in the pipe, the plug is inflated independently to provide the seal. The circuit can then be pressurised through one of the bypasses, while the second can simultaneously be connected to a pressure gauge, pressure sensor or other measuring equipment. The operator can therefore monitor pressure changes and identify any possible loss of tightness without having to add multiple fittings or intermediate assemblies.
